I said it was and I received a notice later that day that it was already in the mail. It came super fast and soon it was on my dog trainers front porch. I did not see the plaque as I did not want to unwrap it because it was so beautifully wrapped and packaged. She did text me, however, that she loved it and that it was perfect in every way. What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is in focus works best. Front-facing or three-quarter angle shots tend to look most striking. We accept JPEG and PNG files up to 20MB.
How long does delivery take?
We print and dispatch within 3 business days. UK Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. UK Express takes 1–2 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What size should I choose?
The Rectangle 6×8" is our most popular size — perfect for a mantelpiece or shelf. The Square 8×8" gives a bit more presence and suits wider photos. Both include a sturdy stand.
Is the slate heavy? Will it fall off the stand?
Natural slate is heavier than acrylic or ceramic. The stand is designed to hold it securely on a flat surface. We wouldn't recommend hanging it on a wall without a proper slate hook.
Can I order for someone else as a gift?
Absolutely. Many of our customers order as a sympathy gift for a friend who has lost a pet. Just enter their delivery address at checkout. We don't include any pricing in the parcel.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If the print quality isn't right or the slate arrives damaged, contact us at hello@pupy.co.uk and we'll reprint or refund — no questions asked.
