These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of pupy.co.uk and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Partnox LLC ("we", "us", "our") is a UK business. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. About us
Partnox LLC operates pupy.co.uk, a website selling personalised pet memorial photo slates printed in the UK. Our contact email is hello@coeurenfolie.fr.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from us. We will send you an order confirmation email, which acknowledges receipt of your order. A contract between us is formed when we accept your order and begin production.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example if we cannot fulfil it to our quality standards or if there has been a pricing error on our website. If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3. Personalised products
Our slates are made to order with your unique personalisation (photos, names, dates, and custom text). By submitting your personalisation details and photo, you:
- Confirm that you have the right to use the photo submitted (e.g. you took it or own the copyright)
- Confirm that the content you submit does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the personalisation details you provide
- Acknowledge that personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind (see Section 7)
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout (which may include debit/credit cards and PayPal). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers — we do not store your full card details.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure our prices are accurate. If a pricing error is discovered after you have ordered, we will contact you before proceeding. You will have the option to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Production and dispatch
All slates are printed to order in our UK studio. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receiving your order. This is a target, not a guarantee — during busy periods it may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
6. Delivery
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once your parcel has been dispatched.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@coeurenfolie.fr and we will investigate with the courier.
7. Returns and refunds
This does not affect your statutory rights. We will provide a free reprint or full refund if:
- Your slate arrives damaged or faulty
- The print quality is significantly below the standard we advertise
- We have made an error in your order (e.g. wrong name or date)
To request a remedy, email us at hello@coeurenfolie.fr within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within 1 working day.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your product does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
9. Intellectual property
All content on pupy.co.uk, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Partnox LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited licence to use that photo solely for the purpose of producing your order. We will not use your photo for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of our website or products. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Website use
You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, or using automated tools to scrape or abuse our services. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where misuse is suspected.
Our website is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or take the website offline at any time without notice.
12. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on this page. Orders placed before an update are governed by the Terms in force at the time of ordering.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
